NewImages XR Competition celebrates excellence and diversity in immersive creation. An international jury rewards works that push the boundaries of storytelling, aesthetics and technological innovation across XR formats.
Dome Competition
NewImages Dome Competition is dedicated to immersive works created specifically for dome and fulldome spaces. It highlights projects that explore spatial narration, collective viewing experiences and large-scale visual composition, offering audiences a unique way to experience immersive storytelling.
Virtual Worlds Competition
NewImages Virtual Worlds Competition focuses on immersive creations unfolding within interactive and persistent virtual environments. It celebrates projects that prioritize world-building, user agency and social interaction, expanding the possibilities of storytelling beyond linear formats.
