NewImages is at the service of the immersive art sector. Its Board brings together complementary voices from across the ecosystem: founding cultural institutions, independent artists, producers, public venues, international impact specialists and independent advisors.
Original founder of NewImages Festival, launched in Paris in 2018, the Forum des images brings to the Board the historical continuity and cultural foundations from which NewImages emerged.
As the institution where the festival was born, the Forum des images has played a key role in supporting new forms of images, storytelling and public engagement. It also carries a strong mission of education and transmission through TUMO Paris, a free creative technology program for teenagers dedicated to digital creation, image, design and new media.
Its presence strengthens NewImages’ connection to its founding history while supporting its mission of transmission, accessibility and cultural innovation. It also remains an important partner venue for programming, artistic cooperation and public-facing projects.
